Let's cover some friendly reminders regarding the 3 month mark of our program.

1. Don't forget to send in correspondence from bureaus, creditors and collection agencies.

  • Scan and email to results@msicredit.com.
  • Scan to PDF and upload to your portal
  • Mail to 12750 Merit Dr. Ste. 400, Dallas, TX 7525.
  • Local clients are welcomed to drop off results during our business hours. ( Mon-Fri 9:00AM - 6:00 PM )

2. To check your credit scores we highly recommend credit monitoring. If you do not have credit monitoring we cannot update your scores, and the scores reflecting in your client portal are your starting scores.

3. IdentityIQ is recommended for credit monitoring.

  • Access to 3 bureau credit report every month
  • Access to 3 bureau credit scores every month
  • Soft inquiry, it does not impact scores to check your report and scores monthly.

4. Don't forget to follow the Game Plan for maximized results!

  • Pay your accounts on time. New late payments and collections will contradict our process.
  • Do not incur new debt, pay down your open accounts. New debt or raising debt amounts will put your score at risk of a score drop.
  • Do not close any open accounts. Continue to age your open accounts. Long credit history will help your credit scores.
  • We recommend that you do not apply for any new lines. Inquiries will put your score at risk of a score drop.
