Terms and Conditions for MSI Credit Referral Program
- By participating in the referral program (the “Program”), you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions (the “Terms”) and agree to be bound by them.
- To be eligible for the referral reward, the referred client must sign up for and become an active member of MSI Credit within 30 days of receiving the referral.
- The referral reward is a free month of credit repair services from MSI Credit (the “Reward”).
- The Reward will be credited to the referring client’s account within 8 weeks of the referred client becoming an active member.
- The Reward is non-transferable and has no cash value.
- Clients may make a maximum of 3 referrals.
- MSI Credit reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time. MSI Credit also reserves the right to disqualify any client from the Program at any time, in its sole discretion, if the client fails to comply with these Terms or any other terms and conditions applicable to the Program.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program or these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
- By participating in the Program, you release MSI Credit and its affiliates from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the Program or the Reward.
