By federal law, credit bureaus have 45 days to conduct their investigation. However, with packaging and mail time, you should expect results within 45-60 days from the dispute submission date.

Yes. Address changes can prevent you from receiving bureau responses. It is mandatory that you notify us if you have moved, along with updated proof of residence, so we can update your account.
Everything that you receive from any of the three credit reporting agencies, original creditors, and collection companies must be mailed back to us. This documentation is essential for us to continue working effectively on your behalf.
Request that all communication be conducted via mail only. Do not mention that you are working with a third party, as bureaus do not respond well to attorneys or third-party involvement being disclosed.
