Terms of Use

Last Updated: February 24, 2026

Welcome to the MSI Credit Solutions website. By accessing or using our website, client portal, partner portal, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms and Conditions”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

MSI Credit Solutions reserves the right to pursue all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Our Services

MSI Credit Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides credit repair and credit education services in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq. Our services are available nationwide, excluding Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Vermont.

We help consumers understand and improve their credit profiles by identifying inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on credit reports and disputing such items with the credit bureaus on your behalf.

2. CROA Disclosures

As required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act:

  • You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the credit bureaus at no charge.
  • No one can legally remove accurate and verifiable information from your credit report.
  • You have the right to obtain a copy of your credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus once every 12 months at no charge through annualcreditreport.com.
  • You have the right to cancel your contract with MSI Credit Solutions within three (3) business days of signing without incurring any charges.
  • We do not charge any fees until the promised services have been fully performed.

3. User Accounts

Partner Portal

If you are an approved referral partner, you may access our partner portal to submit referrals, track referral status, and view commission information. Partner accounts are subject to:

  • Administrative approval before activation
  • Ongoing compliance with our partner agreement and referral guidelines
  • Our right to suspend or terminate partner accounts for any violation of these terms

Account Security

We offer passwordless authentication options (magic links and one-time passcodes) in addition to traditional password login. Regardless of your login method, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials, magic links, or one-time passcodes with others.
