We wanted to inform you that a recent payment audit informed us that your payment scheduled for November 15, 2018 was not drafted from your account. There seemed to have been some communication errors with our merchant and your bank that caused the funds to not be released to MSI.
We first want to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. As funds were not received for November 15, 2018, payments that were scheduled for that day will be scheduled to draft tomorrow, December 14, 2018. All other payments on your payment plan will still be drafted on the regularly scheduled day.
